The idea of this image made me click on it in the Critiqueable section. I really like the concept, with all the butterflies. I looked at it and asked myself what it was about. It isn't that clear what you wanted to express with it, that's what I like, it's open for interpretation. The title gives a hint at your motivation, but it doesn't betray everything.
I think the choice of black-and-white doesn't fit that well to the picture, in my opinion it would rather be a colourful one. But you could as well unite it with the "break free" part. Black-and-white seems more monotonous and trapped than colours. When I look at it that way I imagine what would happen if the girl would break free, or maybe she's just about to do that, and that makes it adequate again.
I think I would like it much better if the girl's right shoulder wasn't cropped and maybe she could even turn to completely lie on her back. But I guess you had your reasons to "place" her that way.
The butterflies are a bit too bright, but I like how they've been arranged. It would be interesting if there would me more of them, though, leading out of the picture.
All in all a picture with potential, a great idea, but with room for improvement.
